Job responsibilities:


1. 负责全厂薪资计算为主

1. Be responsible for the calculation of wages throughout the plant.


2. 负责人事部内部资料整理及对外检查,政府相关检查。(特种设备、职业卫生、安全生产、环境卫生、)

2. To be responsible for the internal data collation and external inspection of the Ministry of Personnel, and relevant government inspection. (Special equipment, occupational hygiene, safety in production, environmental hygiene,)


3. 负责考勤管理、

4. 负责劳防用品办公用品统计购买及报销。

4. Be responsible for statistical purchase and reimbursement of office supplies for labor protection.


任职资格:

Qualifications:


1、专科及本科以上学历,年龄35岁以上,******优先

1. College degree or above, age 35 years or older, ******** preferred


2、具备三年以上的生产企业薪资编制经验者尤佳;

2. Those who have more than three years'experience in salary preparation in manufacturing enterprises are preferred.


3、吃苦耐劳,有较强的工作责任心和团队协作精神;

3. Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;


4、Office办公软件运用熟练,尤其是PPT汇报材料制作与Excel数据整理;

4. Proficiency in office software, especially in PPT reporting materials and Excel data collation;


5、能力优秀者可适当放宽要求。
